Do we have to be naked or topless?
No, absolutely NOT. Many couples who visit our resort just want to get away and be in a kid free adult only environment. There is NEVER any pressure or expectations at Sandy Bottoms
Is discretion guaranteed at your adult resort?
Yes. We have the strictest rules to protect all visitors to the resort. When paying us by credit card your statement will show a financial company’s name, not the resort’s. There are also other measures taken on an individual basis to make sure we create a seamlessly perfect adult vacation for each visitor.
When would you recommend me to go?
Any time in the summer is good. We suggest you find a date and a theme that works best for you, and book ahead of time as spaces are limited.
What is Sandy Bottoms like?
We tend to promote a laid back, stress free environment. We encourage our couples to go wild and spice up the place with dancing and partying and to follow all their desires. But above all, we always like to keep in mind that our guests love the privacy and serenity that our forest resort provides.
How do I make reservations?
Reservations can be made securely online in our Members Only Area. Please contact us to get the members only password and book your stay online.
How much time do we need to book?
We recommend confirming your reservations at least one month in advance. Last minute reservations are done on the basis of availability, but don’t worry, give us a call and we will always do our best to squeeze you in, we truly understand our customers.
What if I want to stay for more time?
You can stay as long as you like, for additional days beyond your package just contact us and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you.
What if my wife doesn’t want to come along?
Sorry. No single males. We go to great lengths to make sure we provide a fun, comfortable environment for the couples who stay at our resort.
Is there any conduct that can be considered as inappropriate?
Overly drunk and disorderly behavior is not tolerated; as is any behavior that is deemed illegal in Ontario. No always means NO and we maintain a no pressure relaxed atmosphere at all times. No sexual activity is allowed in any public areas of the resort.
Where exactly are you located?
To keep the resort as private as possible, we only email the exact location after booking. We are conveniently located about 2.5 hours (230km) from both Ottawa and Toronto.
Do you allow pets at the resort?
Sorry, no pets are allowed at Sandy Bottoms Resort.
Is food available at the resort?
No, we do not sell food or beverages. We do have BBQ’s around the resort. All rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves. Cabins will have a mini-fridge but not microwave. There is a kitchen in the lodge if you would like to prepare your own meals. Also, town is only 12km away from the resort.
What if we can only come for the weekend?
NP, we have a two night minimum stay.
If we would like to get our own group together and have the resort to ourselves, can we do that?
Yes, contact us for rates and details.
Can you accommodate large campers?
Sandy Bottoms is not a campground, however, we can accommodate a couple of large trailers per / week. There are NO sewer hook ups provided at the resort.
Does the resort have cooking facilities?
Yes, The lounge has a “do it yourself” full kitchen complete with all cookware.
Is there ice available at the resort?
Yes, we sell ice by the bag.
Are linens, towels and pillows provided?
Yes, for all rooms, linen, bath towels and pillows are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Linens are provided for our guests staying in cabins. If you are camping you will have to bring your own linens & towels.
